Standard coverage
Each vehicle page shows the security deposit applicable with standard insurance coverage. Final coverage, excess and exclusions are stated in the quotation and rental agreement.
Enhanced coverage
Where available, enhanced insurance may reduce the required security deposit. The additional cost and exact protection are confirmed individually.
Deposit authorisation
The security deposit must be available before delivery and may be authorised or transferred using the agreed method. Release timing can depend on the bank or payment provider.
Inspection
The vehicle condition, mileage and fuel level are recorded at delivery and collection. Charges may apply for damage, missing items, excess mileage, fuel, fines or contractual breaches.
