Booking deposit
The advance payment made to secure a reservation is non-refundable when the client cancels.
Changes
Requests to change dates, vehicle or destination are considered individually and remain subject to availability, supplier costs and a revised quotation.
Late collection and no-show
Late arrival does not automatically extend the agreed rental period. A no-show may be treated as a cancellation under the signed agreement.
Cancellation by Veloci Private
If Veloci Private cannot provide the confirmed service for reasons within its control, an appropriate alternative or refund of payments for the unavailable service will be proposed.
Controlling terms
The cancellation conditions shown in the confirmed quotation and signed rental agreement prevail for the individual reservation.
